After pouring through all of the related speeches I can find no evidence of intent to incite violence nor was there any hidden incendiary dog whistle comments suggesting violence, the words, "Peaceably assemble and peaceful protest" did come up a lot as well as "serious investigations" and overall tone of the speeches were of peaceful lawful investigations and routing out corruption but always by peaceful lawful means.
To be well informed one must watch the speeches from beginning to end in context and not strung together in deceitful montages.
