Is the 16 states without mask mandates meme missing context? No.

 

The above meme asks the question, "What do all of these have in common?" suggesting the answer is that they are all Republicans, there is no further context stated or suggested the fact that some other Republicans HAD mask mandates is irrelevant to the context of the meme. Just as all Democrats had mask mandates is also irrelevant, the point is this is outside the narrative and anything outside the narrative must be destroyed. 

I wonder if this would have been fact checked if the memer suggested that all the Republicans were evil for not having mask mandates, but sense it has no stated context good or bad it makes people think and we can't have that can we?
